- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Fold in the mini chocolate chips.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
