How To Make Pimm’s Jelly Jars

Jelly desserts don’t always have to mean ordinary gelatin dishes in cups. With our tasty jelly recipes, a jelly dessert will make you become the talk of the town before you know it.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Pimm’s liqueur
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 4 gelatin sheets
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine Pimm’s liqueur, water, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.

  2. Soak gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.

  3. Add gelatin sheets to the warm Pimm’s mixture, stirring until fully dissolved.

  4. Divide the sliced orange, lemon, cucumber, and mint leaves among four serving jars.

  5. Pour the Pimm’s mixture into the jars, filling them to the top.

  6. Let the jelly jars cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

  7. Serve chilled, garnished with extra mint leaves.
