How To Make Easy Honey Butter

Whether used on toasts or on any pastries, this homemade honey butter promises a sweet and salty condiment using 2 ingredients for a luscious spread.

  • 1cupbutter,(2 sticks) softened
  • cuphoney
  • 1pinchsalt,optional, add if using unsalted butter


  1. Take the butter out of the fridge at least 30 minutes prior to starting to recipe so it has a chance to soften up.

  2. Add the butter to a mixing bowl, and using an electric hand mixer, beat the butter until its fluffy.

  3. Pour in the honey, and some salt, and continue mixing until it reaches a smooth mixture.

  4. Transfer the honey butter to a bowl or jar. Enjoy!
