  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup of fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.

  2. In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  3. Gently fold in the melted white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream.

  4. Add the fresh raspberries and gently fold them into the mixture, being careful not to overmix.

  5. Pour the mixture into a resealable container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

  6. Serve the white chocolate and raspberry ice cream in bowls or cones, and enjoy!
