How To Make Strawberry Mango Margaritas

This margaritas recipe brings a summer twist on the classic margaritas. The sweetness of strawberry and mango add a refreshing flavor to the margaritas.

Ingredients

  • 2cupsstrawberries,frozen, hulled
  • 1mango,peeled, cored, and diced
  • 2½cupsice,crushed
  • ½cuptequila
  • 2tbspfresh lime juice
  • ¼cupsugar
  • 3tbspcointreau,orange-flavored liqueur

Optional Garnishes

  • fresh strawberries
  • mangoes,diced
  • lime wedges,and/or salt for the rims of glasses

Instructions

  1. Combine strawberries, mango, ice, tequila, lime juice, sugar, and liqueur in a blender, and process until the mixture is smooth.

  2. Pour the margaritas into 4 large glasses. Garnish margaritas with a lime wedge, if desired. Serve immediately.
