How To Make Raspberry Tea Ice Lollies

Ingredients

  • 4 raspberry tea bags
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1/4 cup of honey or sugar (optional)
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the raspberry tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes.

  2. Remove the tea bags and let the brewed tea cool completely. If desired, add honey or sugar to sweeten to taste.

  3. Pour the cooled tea into ice lolly molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion during freezing. Insert ice lolly sticks into each mold.

  4. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

  5. Once frozen, remove the ice lollies from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds.

  6. Serve the raspberry tea ice lollies immediately, garnished with fresh raspberries if desired.
