Ingredients

  • 4 cups of cubed melon (watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, or a mix)
  • 1/2 cup of condensed milk
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place the cubed melon in a blender or food processor.

  2. Puree the melon until smooth.

  3. Add the condensed milk and lemon juice to the melon puree.

  4. Blend again until well combined.

  5. Pour the mixture into a shallow container and cover it with plastic wrap.

  6. Place the container in the freezer for about 4 hours or until the ice cream is firm.

  7. Scoop the melon ice cream into bowls or cones, and serve chilled.
