How To Make Easy Melon Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 4 cups of cubed melon (watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, or a mix)
- 1/2 cup of condensed milk
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
Instructions

Place the cubed melon in a blender or food processor.

Puree the melon until smooth.

Add the condensed milk and lemon juice to the melon puree.

Blend again until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a shallow container and cover it with plastic wrap.

Place the container in the freezer for about 4 hours or until the ice cream is firm.
