- 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, diced
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a bowl, combine rhubarb, granulated sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Mix well and spread evenly in the baking dish.

In another bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, and butter. Use your fingers or a fork to mix until crumbly.
