How To Make Fig and Walnut Bread
Made with dried figs and crunchy walnuts, this bread offers a delightful balance of sweet and nutty flavors.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped dried figs
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.

In another bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
