How To Make Air Fryer Apple Pies

Ingredients
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 4 sheets of frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, combine the sliced apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and all-purpose flour. Toss to coat the apples evenly.

Roll out each sheet of puff pastry lightly and cut into 4 equal squares.

Place about 2 tablespoons of the apple mixture in the center of each square. Fold over the pastry to form a triangle and press the edges together to seal.

Brush each pie with beaten egg for a golden crust.

Place the pies in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not touching. Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the pies from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.

Dust with powdered sugar, if desired, and enjoy!
