
How To Make Mini Vanilla Cupcakes

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini cupcake pan with liners.

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.

Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the batter.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely before frosting.
