  • 16ozcream cheese,softened
  • ½cupsugar
  • 2tbspflour
  • 2eggs,lightly beaten
  • 1cupchocolate chips,melted and cooled
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • 12chocolate peanut butter cups


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth.

  3. Add eggs and mix until combined.

  4. Fold in melted chocolate and vanilla extract.

  5. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners. Place a peanut butter cup upside down in each cup.

  6. Fill cups 3/4-full with cheesecake mixture.

  7. Bake 20 minutes, cool completely, and refrigerate for 3 hours.
