How To Make White Chocolate Fortune Cookies

- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup melted white chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
- 4 strips of paper for fortunes
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy.

Gradually add the flour, sugar, melted white chocolate, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the egg whites, mixing well after each addition.

Drop tablespoon-sized portions of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading them out to form thin circles. Make sure to leave enough space between each cookie to allow for spreading.

Bake for 7-8 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and quickly transfer a fortune strip onto the center of each cookie. Fold the cookie in half, then gently fold the edges together to create the classic fortune cookie shape.
