- 2 cups fresh corn kernels
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a blender, blend 1 cup of corn kernels until smooth.
