Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture alternately with the sour cream and milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, invert the cake onto a wire rack to cool completely.
