Ingredients

  • 2 cans of sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup of butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a 9×9 inch baking dish, spread the sliced peaches evenly.

  3. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the peaches.

  4. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix, covering as much as possible.

  5. If using, sprinkle the chopped pecans over the top.

  6. Sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the entire cake.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.

  8. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
