- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the orange juice, vegetable oil, orange zest, vanilla extract, and eggs.
