Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, melted butter, and powdered sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until lightly golden. Remove from oven and set aside.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.

Pour the lemon mixture over the baked crust and return to the oven. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the filling is set.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar before cutting into bars.
