- 1 cup blackcurrants
- 1 ¼ cups shredded coconut
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the blackcurrants, shredded coconut, almond flour, honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined.

Press the mixture into a square or rectangular baking dish lined with parchment paper.
