  • 4 pieces of matzah
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Place the matzah pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes to crisp them up.

  3. In a shallow dish, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt.

  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  5. Dip each piece of matzah into the beaten eggs, coating it evenly on both sides.

  6. Place the coated matzah in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

  7. Remove from the skillet and drain on a paper towel.

  8. Season with additional salt if desired.

  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
