How To Make Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 4 slices of Italian bread
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes, until crispy.

In a bowl, mix together the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Remove the toasted bread from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Spoon the tomato mixture onto each bread slice, making sure to cover the entire surface.
