
How To Make Italian Baked Cannelloni Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 cannelloni pasta tubes
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the cannelloni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil. Mix well.

Spoon the filling into a piping bag or a resealable plastic bag with the corner snipped off.

Fill each cannelloni tube with the ricotta and spinach mixture, using the piping bag or plastic bag.

Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

Arrange the filled cannelloni tubes on top of the sauce.

Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the cannelloni.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let the cannelloni cool for a few minutes before serving.
