How To Make Spinach Three Cheese Cannelloni Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 cannelloni tubes
- 2 cups of spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the cannelloni tubes according to the package instructions.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, beaten egg, minced garlic, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Spoon the spinach and cheese mixture into a piping bag or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.

Pipe the mixture into the cooked cannelloni tubes and place them in a greased baking dish.

Pour the marinara sauce over the cannelloni.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cannelloni is golden and the sauce is bubbly.
