How To Make Le Peep’s Chicken and Waffles Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- Cooking spray
- 8 frozen waffles, toasted
- Butter and maple syrup, for serving
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large plastic bag.

Add chicken breasts to the bag, seal, and shake until coated.

Dip chicken in buttermilk, then coat in panko breadcrumbs.

Place chicken on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Spray the chicken with more cooking spray.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
