- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 1/4 cup of coconut flour
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1 tsp of pumpkin spice
- 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, and chopped pecans.

Mix well and press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
