Ingredients

  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 1/4 cup of coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 cup of chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, and chopped pecans.

  3. Mix well and press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.

  5. Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting them into squares.
