How To Make Copycat Subway Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
Irresistibly chewy & perfectly sweet, these cookies are just like the ones from Subway!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together butter and both sugars until light and fluffy.

Beat in egg and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

Cool on baking sheet for a minute before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
