How To Make Stephanie Izard’s Fried Rice Recipe
Flavorful and fragrant jasmine fried rice with a hint of spice, packed with veggies and protein.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- ½ cup thinly sliced scallions
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large wok or frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and onions, stir until fragrant.

Add diced carrots and bell peppers, stir until tender.

Add in frozen peas and stir until warmed through.

Push vegetables to side of pan, pour in beaten eggs and scramble.

Add cooked jasmine rice to the pan, stir until well combined.

Drizzle in soy sauce, Sriracha, salt, and pepper, stir until rice is evenly coated and heated through.

Serve with thinly sliced scallions on top.
