How To Make Savannah Smile Lemon Yogurt Cake Recipe
A moist and tangy cake with a sweet lemon glaze, made with creamy yogurt.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, oil, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and granulated sugar.

Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the bowl and stir until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

Let the cake cool for 5 minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a small bowl, mix together the powdered sugar and enough water to create a thin glaze.
