- 4 large tortillas

- 1 cup hummus
- 2 cups mixed greens

- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
