How To Make Michelle Bernstein’s Yuca Fries Recipe
Delicious and crispy yuca fries served with a garlic aioli dipping sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 large yuca roots, peeled and cut into fry shapes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, toss yuca fries with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Spread fries out on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

While fries bake, make the aioli by combining mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lime juice in a small bowl and mix until smooth.

Serve yuca fries hot with the garlic aioli dipping sauce.
