How To Make Le Peep’s Blueberry Pancakes
Fluffy pancakes loaded with blueberries and served with butter and syrup.

Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add eggs, milk, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.

Fold in blueberries.

Heat a lightly greased griddle or pan over medium heat.

Pour ¼ cup batter onto the griddle for each pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
