Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  2. Add eggs, milk, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.

  3. Fold in blueberries.

  4. Heat a lightly greased griddle or pan over medium heat.

  5. Pour ¼ cup batter onto the griddle for each pancake.

  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

  7. Serve with butter and syrup.
