How To Make Eldon’s Lemon Herb Chicken Recipe
Savory and tangy chicken marinated in fresh herbs and lemon juice!

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat evenly with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight).

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade, allowing excess liquid to drip off.

Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
