How To Make Chips Ahoy Mousse Recipe
A creamy and chocolatey mousse made with Chips Ahoy cookies.

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed Chips Ahoy cookies
- Whipped cream and additional crushed Chips Ahoy for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and crushed Chips Ahoy cookies until smooth.

Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until everything is well combined.

Divide the mixture into serving dishes and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
