How To Make Chips Ahoy Blondies Recipe
Soft, rich and chewy bars filled with crunchy Chips Ahoy cookies that will satisfy your sweet tooth in a jiffy!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup Chips Ahoy cookies, roughly chopped
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until well combined.

Add in the eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.

In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and salt, then add them to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.

Fold in the chopped Chips Ahoy cookies and mix until well blended.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
