Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, dijon mustard and soy sauce until smooth.

  4. Grill salmon for 6-7 minutes on each side, brushing with honey mustard glaze during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.

  5. Once salmon is cooked through, remove from grill and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
