How To Make Captain George’s Grilled Salmon Recipe
A flavor-packed grilled salmon recipe with a tangy honey mustard glaze.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, dijon mustard and soy sauce until smooth.

Grill salmon for 6-7 minutes on each side, brushing with honey mustard glaze during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.

Once salmon is cooked through, remove from grill and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
