How To Make Buffalo Wild Wings Teriyaki Bowl Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into small pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Move the chicken to the side of the skillet and add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the onion softens.

Add the sliced bell peppers and mushrooms to the skillet and cook until the vegetables begin to soften, about 3-5 minutes.

Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and vegetables and stir to coat everything evenly.
