Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups sliced onions
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Season the steak strips with salt and black pepper.

  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large griddle or skillet over high heat.

  3. Add the steak strips to the griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned on one side. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until browned on the other side. Remove and set aside.

  4. Lower the heat to medium and add the mushrooms, onions, zucchini, and carrots to the griddle. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender and crispy.

  5. Return the steak to the griddle and mix with the vegetables. Pour in the soy sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and the flavors are well combined.

  6. Remove from heat, add the butter, and stir until melted.

  7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
