How To Make Benihana Hibachi Steak Recipe
Tender and juicy steak cooked to perfection on a griddle with savory flavors and crispy vegetables.

Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups sliced onions
- 1 cup sliced zucchini
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons butter
Instructions

Season the steak strips with salt and black pepper.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large griddle or skillet over high heat.

Add the steak strips to the griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned on one side. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until browned on the other side. Remove and set aside.

Lower the heat to medium and add the mushrooms, onions, zucchini, and carrots to the griddle. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender and crispy.

Return the steak to the griddle and mix with the vegetables. Pour in the soy sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and the flavors are well combined.

Remove from heat, add the butter, and stir until melted.
