Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Pat chickpeas dry with paper towels and remove any loose skins.

  3. Mix chickpeas, coconut oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl until coated.

  4. Spread mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy.

  5. Remove from oven and drizzle honey over chickpeas.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
