How To Make Thai Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp red curry paste
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, red curry paste, and vegetable oil. Mix well.

  2. Add chicken strips to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the fridge.

  3. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  4. Thread the chicken strips onto the soaked skewers.

  5. Grill the skewers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until chicken is cooked through and nicely charred.

  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
