How To Make Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 8 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening sauce)
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

In a slow cooker, combine chicken thighs, chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, tomato paste, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir to coat the chicken evenly.

Cook on low heat for 4 hours, or on high heat for 2 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

Optional: If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to make a slurry. Stir the slurry into the slow cooker and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high heat, until the sauce thickens.

Serve the slow cooker chicken thighs with the sauce spooned over the top. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
