  • 4 boneless, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Brush the lemon butter mixture over the chicken thighs, making sure to coat them evenly.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.

  6. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
