How To Make Slow Cooker Chicken Soup

- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.

Add diced onion, chopped carrots, chopped celery, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.
