- 4 chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat smoker to 225°F (107°C).

Rub olive oil all over the chicken breasts.

In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to make a spice rub.
