  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven and brown the chicken breasts on both sides.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing and chicken broth.

  5. Pour the dressing mixture over the chicken in the Dutch oven.
