How To Make Easy Blueberry Blender Pancakes

Blender pancakes are softer and fluffier versions of the traditional pancakes. In this recipe, the pancakes are sweet and tart from the blueberries.

  • cupswhole wheat flour
  • 1cupmilk
  • 2largeeggs
  • 2tbspbutter,softened
  • 1tbspbaking powder
  • 2tspbaking powder
  • ½cupblueberries,or to taste


  1. Place flour, milk, eggs, butter, and 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons baking powder in a blender; blend until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes.

  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat. Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto the griddle and dot with blueberries.

  3. Cook until bubbles form and burst, and the pancake edges are dry, 3 to 4 minutes.

  4. Flip and cook until browned on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
