How To Make Breakfast Sausage and Vegetable Scramble
A protein-packed breakfast scramble with savory sausage and seasonal vegetables.

Ingredients
- 8 oz breakfast sausage, crumbled
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook until browned and crumbly.

Add diced peppers, onion, and zucchini to the skillet and cook until tender.

Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

In a medium bowl, whisk eggs until well beaten. Add milk, salt, and pepper and whisk until combined.

Pour egg mixture over the sausage and vegetables in the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are scrambled and fully cooked.
