How To Make Italian Bread Bowls

Ingredients
- 4 small Italian bread loaves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut the top off each bread loaf and hollow out the center, leaving about a 1-inch border.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the inside and outside of each bread bowl with the oil mixture.

Place the bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle the inside of each bread bowl with grated Parmesan cheese.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
