How To Make Cinnamon Swirl Bread for the Bread Machine

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions

Add water, bread flour, white sugar, vegetable oil, salt, and yeast to the bread machine according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Select the dough cycle and let the bread machine knead and rise the dough.

Once the dough cycle is complete, remove the dough from the machine and place it on a floured surface.

Spread the softened butter over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.

In a small bowl, mix together the white sugar and ground cinnamon.

Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the buttered dough.

Roll up the dough tightly, starting from one of the longer sides.

Place the rolled dough seam-side down in a greased loaf pan.

Cover the pan with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes, or until it is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.

Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
