- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat your bread machine on the quick bread setting.

In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, and milk. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, mixing until just combined.

Stir in the vanilla extract.

Pour the batter into the bread machine pan and smooth the top.
