  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, melted butter, honey, and almond milk until well combined.

  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until a thick batter forms.

  5. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  7. Remove from the oven and let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

  8. Slice and serve.
